Micro Rotary Broaching

Most commonly used in the medical and aerospace industries, Micro Rotary Broaching is ideal for small-part manufacturers. Slater Tools' Micro-sized broaches are a cost effective and efficient way to make hexagon, 6-lobe, square and other small forms. Rotary Broaching micro forms requires the use of two components, a rotary broach tool holder and a rotary broach. Slater's Swiss Type Adjustment Free Rotary Broach Tool Holders are ideal for Micro applications and require no center indicating, thus reducing set-up time.

Slater Tools' line of micro external rotary broaches greatly reduces manufacturing costs for our customers. Using the same tool holder, customers are able to produce both internal/ID and external/OD forms by simply interchanging the broaches.
