Rotary Broaches

Slater Tools Inc. offers the largest variety of internal and external rotary broaches, also known as wobble broaches. Fast delivery is guaranteed on all polygon forms, with standard square and hex broaches available from stock.  Custom cut lengths and overall lengths, including 28mm, are available. Rotary broaches can be produced from hardened high speed M2 steel, PM4 or T15 cobalt. Tough applications on CNC and screw machines may be improved using coatings such as TiN, TiCN, and TiALN, available for all rotary broaches. Special forms include double D, involutes, keyways, serrations, six lobes (hexalobular/ torx-style), splines and more! Vent holes, quantity discounts and resharpening are offered on all Rotary Broaches.
