This Rotary Broaching Tool Holder is designed for Swiss and other small machines that need to produce larger forms. Its small profile allows for it to be used on machines where clearance is a consideration and a larger broaching capacity is desired. This broach holder can, however, be used on larger machines as well.

Since this holder is capable of being adjusted, it will need to be zeroed into the centerline of the workpiece. It is recommended to zero the holder within .001 of the centerline or better.

End play of the Tool Holder is typically .002/.003.

Use only synthetic grease (minus graphite) with this Rotary Broaching Tool Holder. Grease using Mobil 32, available from Slater Tools.
